Indeed! Gotta do a hats off in favor of Germany. That was the most thourough dismantling of a very, very good Argentinian team.

Unfortunately, two of the best teams, Spain and Germany have to meet in the semis. This will be the game of the decade and Spain will prevail.
Problems with argentinas defence were quite obvious from the group stages. (remember the korea game) Maradona should have fixed it long time ago. Well he chose to focus on the other side of the field (having brought 6 forwards to s. africa) and paid the price against a good attacking team.
Maradona was an inspiring talisman but a poor tactician. That will be his legacy from this world cup.
