I just started going through the groups to find out. Luckily I'm in group 2.

Only one 2000+ player to get past. I suspect I won't last past Easter.

I'm in group 31, but the highest player is rated at 1642. I'm still at the bottom, though.

Group 23 - right at the middle.

At least I'm not likely to get thrashed all the time!

I've skimmed through the groups and checked for the "favourites"(1950+ current rating by my definition) . The interesting groups in this way are 2,3,4,16 and 33, because they have 2 favourits each. Another 15 groups have one favourite and in the other 20 at least 20 of the "underdogs" will go through.

My group is far from the best of all. But still, almost all are higher rated than I am.
My goal is to be not the last one in the group!

I'm in 10 and with a 1931 player above me, I've got a reasonable chance of getting through. This should be interesting.
