One of my friends who is in his 40's bought it and then found out it sucked. People don't buy it for the game play. They buy it for the sexy humor.
game is cheesy, the jokes are corny, but it's not a bad game. I mean, I take a game to be
bad when it fails in its effort to do what it claims. LLL has no pretenses of being an intense
experience. It merely parodies the 'solve-the-puzzle' mentality of the King's Quest series
(whence the engine came) with an unlikely hero (a 40-year old virgin still living in the 70s [the
game was made in the mid 80s]). It's not a brilliant game, to be sure, but it's certainly mildly
entertaining in a campy sort of way.
