Does anybody have the right to invade other countries? NATO invaded Libya.
https://foreignpolicy.com/2016/03/22/libya-and-the-myth-of-humanitarian-intervention/
Why should Russia allow known invaders to expand into former USSR territory? The USA would never allow expansion of Eastern Bloc countries westward, would they?

@suzianne saidInteresting. You appear to brand me as an American republican because I don’t fit your blinkered narrative. I would no more apologise for Russia invading Ukraine than I would for America invading Korea; Vietnam; Iraq; Afghanistan; Libya; Syria etc you can fill in the rest for yourself.
Another Russia apologist.
Where does it end?
I was stating historical checkable fact (James Baker 1990 etc) which doesn’t make me biased, only inconvenient to your view of the world.
I’m English, born in Isleworth, residing in Northampton, and have not voted since 1979, my first and last time
@medullah saidYou equate "Russian apologist" with "American Republican"? Interesting...

How petty and pathetic does that “Freedom Convoy” look right now? Those losers are mad because they have to get a shot or wear masks, sitting in hot tubs and politely asked to stop blocking traffic, while Ukrainians are making molotov cocktails and Googling how to use an AK to defend their country from a hostile foreign invasion.
@liljo saida) No, I didn't bring him up, I responded to someone else who brought him up. Learn to follow a conversation
Well, in that case, don’t bring him up, dummy. I mean, you DID bring him up. As for your therapeutical insights, I will give them some thought. I thought about them. You’re full of horse poop.
Lol!
b) Note how you use "dummy" after complaining earlier in this thread about name-calling, Seems you're full of crap.
@shallow-blue saidFunny how you war mongers have your heads in the sand.
Funny how all these "neutral" posters who claim "all sides are equally bad" keep parroting alt-right agitprop.
Where did the US bomb in the last 24 hours?
Where did Israel bomb in the last 24 hours?
Where did Saudi-Arabia bomb in the last 24 hours.
If you can’t see they’re all bastards, you obviously have shares in the weapons industry.
@Metal-Brain
You keep proving you are on Putin's payroll as an active agent assigned the task of driving more wedges into the American population which makes YOU a TRAITOR comrade.
Even though NATO was founded as a defense against the Soviet Union, the alliance did not undertake any military operations during the Cold War. Since 1990, NATO has engaged in two actions related to the first Gulf War, two related to the conflict in the former Yugoslavia, and conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, and Libya.

NATO was founded by 12 nations in 1949 and today has 30 member states, including three former Soviet republics and 11 former Eastern Bloc nations.
NATO has been a huge pain in the ass for Russia. 3 former Soviet republics and 11 former Eastern Bloc nations were lost to NATO.

You would go a long way to redeeming your pathetic image here if you stopped with the fringe sites.
But you won't. You THRIVE on negative attention, it is what lets you sleep at night, especially after getting your Russian money, that paper bag you pick up where they dropped it in the trash container in the park, they always use the same one, right?
@metal-brain saidHey idiot the reason they didn’t have to undertake any military operations during the Cold War was precisely because Russia knew for a fact that any aggressive moves they made would bring NATO down in them like a ton of bricks.

People ask why now? There are many reasons, not least of which is Putin’s mental health, another big one is how good a job Trump did in convincing Putin that NATO was no longer a viable threat.
As a European I thank my lucky stars that we have Biden and not that butt licker in the Whitehouse at this point in history. I just hope the Ukrainians and Russians can finish Putin off before 2024.
@kevcvs57 saidPerhaps finish Putin off before he goes full out nuclear…
