He's hated the federal government because they dared to prosecute him.

He just wanted to see the federal world burn, and burn, it did.

Now he's trying the same with colleges and universities because they are beacons of truth and higher learning. They know that what they are doing is right, and so they said to Trump "Go pound sand", DEI is the right thing to do.

Scorched earth is the only way Trump knows how to play.

Right now there are other universities that don't want to succumb to the same fate as Harvard, and so they are asking Trump right now how high they have to jump to satisfy him. My school is talking about reducing the size of their doctorate programs. Knowing Trump, he'll insist that if you are non-American or non-white, you're out. And even though I'm American and white, the fact that I am a woman endangers me, even though most in my program are female.

I am not qualified to comment on your last para. I do not know, for instance, why your school wants to reduce size ofDoc Programs. These things are complicated, a lot of nuts and bolts.

I don't think it's so much fear of arrest which is keeping people away, the fact is that many people outside America regard that which is happening there as being so utterly distasteful, and frankly unbelievable, that people don't want to go there.

I’m saying America first. Do folks abroad ever try to become independent and self-reliant or just stay on the handouts? How long on handouts,do we feed the world forever, we have people living in gutters.
