You also have ZERO comprehension even of the IDEA of good will programs.
USAID IS such a good will program, for one thing, on the medical side it is not just the fact we are helping millions with starving children but the medical help has the agenda to help folks elsewhere but there is a second agenda, that is if we prevent say an encroaching Ebola pandemic starting up in a country we have a medical team there and we intervene and stop the epidemic, then there is the fact there is a LOT of foreigners traveling which we have no control over.
So suppose we look at case A, no medical help.

So someone gets early stage ebola, doesn't know about it, gets on the jet and flies to the US, checks in, passport fine, the guard says have a nice trip and such but he is a carrier now for ebola so he goes to say NYC and goes to a hotel and bar and interacts with a bunch of people then the pandemic THERE all of a sudden has someone passing ebola HERE so the pandemic may start up here.
So case B, we find a bunch of ebola cases say in Nigeria and we have a medical team give people vaccines or whatever and they stop the pandemic dead.
That means NOW if those folks come to the US they DON'T have ebola in the first place so USAID has just prevented an epidemic HERE.

THAT is the unstated reason for USAID medical help, it goes beyond just curing folks outside the US.

That is one of the reasons USAID is so vital to our OWN health.
But I guess NONE of that matters to you or the rest of your ultrarighwingnut buddies.

We are, so your negative assessment of the way we have to go about it...( with attention to not going broke ourselves, AND with emphasis on our country FIRST) is borne simply out of your rampant hate of President Trump.
So, hopefully anyone who reads your post will take that hatred into consideration, and then further consider that some programs canceled will be replaced by more efficient programs.

I DID use the word efficient SEVERAL TIMES but of course you have problems reading more than a paragraph.

How does one measure ''efficiency''? Trump and Musk sure as hell did NOT look at efficiency, they did chop and burn. Not a single flipping study of what can be safely cut, just slash and burn and damn the consequences.
Such as firing bird flu scientists without the slightest thought of just what they were doing. Only later did someone point out just how STUPID that firing was and they tried to get them back but in many cases it was too late, not to be found and the like meanwhile the bird flu mostly in animals was pandemic there.
Or the firing of the nuclear dudes and then OOPS, sorry we NEED those folks but it was too late, could not find a lot of them, Then the apologists spouted out they were just techs not scientists. Even if that was true you NEED techs to keep the machinery of science running. I know that for a fact since that was my job.
So efficiency was not a huge concern of Trump OR Musk just making a huge show LOOKING like they were culling the worse of the worse but in fact they knew NOTHING about whose job was cut or what they did or anything about them.
Firing folks who had just had reviews saying they were top notch but then the firing squad goes INCOMPETENT.
This is NOT governing, This is political brutality PERIOD.
