for instance: if you had weapons of mass destruction.
in a local sense, weapons of mass destruction are not just newkewlar weapons; pistols and rifles and shotguns and semiautos and autos are WMDs when you consider your local school or shopping centre ... it is within strike range of your home.

Posession of a gun should equal 6 months in prison. Guns serve no useful purpose to society.
If everyone were peace loving, non-violent and respectful of others property, I would agree. However since this Utopia existed only for a short time....I believe in protection for myself and family. There are people out there, believe it or not, who will kill you and steal everything you have. Call the police? with a 20 min. response time? No thanks.
