@moonbus saidBut it has not been shown that Trump is trying to rule anything. He is trying to stop the development of ballistic missiles.
What's wrong w/this is not that Trump did an end run around Congress, or even that American servicemen are dying for a lost cause. What's wrong is that he thinks he not only rules America, but that he decides who rules, Iran, Venezuela, or any other country for that matter. He's totally power drunk.
When the people of Iran have had enough, they will topple their autocrats on their own, without any help from America, just as the Bolsheviks did in 1917.
Who told you that?
@wildgrass saidSchools were bombed at Hiroshima. The only way to have avoided that and the school children in Iran is to not have carried out the 2 campaigns.
I know I know. My parents heard it from the Vietnam war mongers straight on through to present day. It's a version of the same sob story, you want to use tools that create misery and suffering in an attempt to alleviate misery and suffering. History shows it does not work.
A girls grade school is bombed with US bombs and we say to the grieving parents, we are TRYING to help you.
So you could at least start a discussion on our not having attacked Iran. That is, to allow development of uranium and ballistic missiles.
It would be interesting to see your side, you know our side.
@sonhouse saidWMD is old tired topic. There were none, Cheney was wrong. I will start a thread on Cheney be watching for it.!
WE care about Trump, that is getting Trump the HELL away from power, hopefully in prison. This war is total BS, there was NO nuke coming, it is in fact Dick Cheney V2, remember when Iraq was supposed to have ''weapons of Mass destruction'?
And you might be correct, that there’s no nuke coming. But there is uranium being enriched. That is just as dangerous, so we are there for one reason ….to stop the enrichment of uranium, and of course, the development of ballistic missiles.
The thread is on course!!!!
@moonbus saidYeah to all that, many factions can look into all of those details. But there’s only one detail on this thread, and that would be the one purpose of Trump was to stop the development of ballistic missiles. Everything you write about is the society over there, but he is not working on the society over there. Thank you very much.
None of the items on your list is going to change, simply because the guy at the top was killed. No more so than any of the stupid and atrocious things about America would change--school shootings, for example--if Trump were assassinated. Iran's governors are already going through the process of determining another cleric to become the next supreme leader.
The atrocities d ...[text shortened]... regime in Iran was also bloodthirsty and repressive--it just tortured different people, that's all.
@AverageJoe1 said" You forget that the regime has funded proxy groups like HZBOLLAH AND HAMAS"
When people say, Iran is a threat , they are referring to the government of the Islamic Republic, not to the Persian culture. You forget that the regime has funded proxy groups like HZBOLLAH AND HAMAS. . That is where the threat comes from, MB. Geez.
If innocence civilians were killed that is tragic no question. No one should celebrate that. The real question of whet ...[text shortened]... up all of their children.
If i had to use one phrase to describe. you people,,,,,,,,no vision.
Where is your evidence Iran funded HEZBOLLAH AND HAMAS"?
1 edit
@Metal-Brain saidLots of reports on the world stage. Somebody wrote this of all things!!
" You forget that the regime has funded proxy groups like HZBOLLAH AND HAMAS"
Where is your evidence Iran funded HEZBOLLAH AND HAMAS"?
Decades of Support: Iran has supported Hamas since its inception, acting as a primary backer and providing, at times, 93% of its funding, according to some reports.
Ask another question?
@moonbus saidThe US Congress has 4 female Muslim traitors who cannot be trusted with information about a pending attack on Iran. Thankfully Trump ignored Congress and went in, together with Israel and got the job done. Had he gone to Congress everything would have failed and I know that is what your type wants to see.

There are no American servicemen dying. There is no lost cause, in any case that is not for you to decide. The people of Iran called out for help and Trump assisted, while at the same time getting rid of nuclear capability in the wrong hands.
The end result of the Bolshevik Revolution was around 8,000,000 dead. The fact that you can even suggest that this is an option means your brain is screwed up. Countries helping each other in times of need is a good thing. I can believe you have become such a damn fool.
@AverageJoe1 saidThere was a non proliferation nuclear agreement on the books in 2015.

@Rajk999 saidAccidents happen in bombings and war, and preventing such accidents requires not using bombs or war as a tool to prevent misery and suffering, since it creates it.
Getting rid of the evils of socialism and Islam, is a just cause, and it does work. People are suffering under these governments and are crying out for help.
Neither the US nor Israel targets these schools. This is a failed bomb fired from within Iraq that fell on to this school. This is the same situation that occurred in Gaza, when a Hamas bomb misfired and fell on to ...[text shortened]... The US and Israel are far more advanced and precise in their action regarding who and where is hit.
The bombing of that school created hundreds of new terrorists, at the very least are the parents and family of the kids who senselessly died.
@moonbus saidAs for Israel and the US, they have accomplished their goals

Thanks Rajk,,, no one listens to me.
@wildgrass saidBut you do not tell us what you are trying to tell us. The only way to avoid having killed those children was not to have bombed at all. So we will all assume that you do not want us to attack Iran, and we will take our chances with the enrichment of uranium and the building of ballistic muscles.

But if I may, to move things along, it has already happened. Why do you not write about present moment, activities, instead of being like Sunhouse who writes today about January 6?. in other words, the bombing has happened. Move along.
@AverageJoe1 saidHiroshima ended a war. This did literally the exact opposite.

@wildgrass saidCan you fellows not open your mind to realize that everything changes every day, and presidents and the advisors have to wake up every day and readjust and realign, replay
There was a non proliferation nuclear agreement on the books in 2015.
and resttstrgize everything in a world that 24 hours ago was entirely different.
Are you telling us that you fellas feel like you could have decided a week ago exactly how everything was gonna go for the next 10 days, like clockwork?
Y’all need to be at least realistic, no matter who the president is. It is difficult for you to open your mind when you despise the president.
@wildgrass saidIt did not do the opposite. It did something different. There is a difference.
Hiroshima ended a war. This did literally the exact opposite.
For the record, United States has only declared war five times. The last one was against Japan. This is not a war. Donald will refer to it as a war for purposes of conversation. It is not a war. I guess that makes him a liar. He can lie all he wants to as long as he brings all of this to a conclusion. And he will because he does not want it hanging around his neck at midterms …..watch him go. .
