There are other facts you are conveniently leaving out. The man was asked to leave a certain area, and some people complied but he refused. Then he was sprayed with pepper stray, and still he did not comply. Then ICE took him down and that was when the gun was found. Still the man was fighting. Concealed carry is not in any way supposed to be interpreted as intent to kill.
You say having a gun holstered is intent to kill, and deserving of lethal action by law enforcement, but defend the dude who used his gun to kill that person after he was disarmed. Strange logic.
None of these people involved were illegal immigrants. It has nothing to do with that. Peaceful protests are protesting government overreach, authoritarian tactics, and fascism.
