The video of the story to which you refer, shows a man with a gun fighting ICE agents. To me, to go out into the streets to participate in a demonstration with a gun, shows intent to kill. He looked for his death, by attempting to fight ICE agents with a gun.
Also this is about illegal immigrants. All the previous administrations in dealing with illegal immigration, ha ...[text shortened]... the word 'fascism' here is a cheap shot and an insult to people who have actually suffered under it.

There are other facts you are conveniently leaving out. The man was asked to leave a certain area, and some people complied but he refused. Then he was sprayed with pepper stray, and still he did not comply. Then ICE took him down and that was when the gun was found. Still the man was fighting. Concealed carry is legal and does not imply any intent to harm. The videos do not show him fighting with officers. He was disarmed, pepper sprayed and subdued, and then they used lethal force.
