Even if he was resisting arrest (it's unclear whether there was anything to arrest him for), that does not give law enforcement the authority to kill you.

Are you saying that anyone exercising their Second Amendment right to bear arms can be killed at any time by law enforcement?

His gun was apparently in an ICE agent's hand when he was killed. Was he "capable of killing an officer" by telekinesis?

- carrying a gun to a demonstration is a red flag
- fighting with officers while having a gun holstered or otherwise is stupidity
- the ICE agents are entitled to use their guns to kill if the events require it
- you cannot possibly know who is in the crowd whether citizens or illegals or otherwise.
- video footage shows that the demonstration was far from peaceful.

Concealed carry is legal and does not imply any intent to harm. The videos do not show him fighting with officers. He was disarmed, pepper sprayed and subdued, and then they used lethal force.
