Law enforcement is supposed to be trained to defuse the situation. Not make it worse. Shooting someone should be a last resort, let alone shoot to kill.

American police have been shown to be trigger happy ...[text shortened]... no regard for human life and with zero understanding of crowd control and defusing tense situations.

That's why we call them extremists.
