i played the blood red game/red rivers ran rageing to the sea/i stole the souls of men and ran riot in the ruins/i fought upon the shores of death/scarlett breakers staining the sand/once upon a chessboard.

that was actually not bad...but 'once upon a chessboard' is a tad twee.

dragging themselves through the negro streets at dawn looking for an angry fix;
Angel-headed hipsters burning for the ancient heavenly connection
to the starry dynamo in the machinery of night.
