The 'disease' meme is pretty strong in our culture. It takes a free thinker to get past it. Hey! Learn about rat park. It isn't a 'meme'. It is the standard definition of disease.
Those are examples. The situation is in flux, and america is behind on this. Here we sue mcdonalds for our hamburger addiction. As if eating burgers is not a choice!
