Faith makes people think that Jesus rose from the dead.
No sir. Faith SUBSTANTIATES the fact that Jesus rose from the dead.

No. Delusion or obsessed presumption may lead to such a horrific act.

Not so.

My faith believes the New Testament says all manner of sins may be forgiven men.
"Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven." (Matt. 12:31)
Modern day spiritual darkness under the guise of libertarian freedom assumes the sex of a person may be decided by that person regardless of their physiology.
Faith knows that there is NO command to execufe anyone to death for anything in the New Testament. Though it does say some things in God's sight are worthy of death.
"Being filled with all unrighteousness, wikedness, covetousness, malice, full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malighnity; whisperers, slanderers, hateful to God, insolent, arrogant, boasters, inventors of evil tjhinghs, disobedient to parents, sensless, faithless, affectionless, merciles; who, though fully knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are WORTHY of death, not only do them, but also have fellow delight in those who practrice them." (Rom. 1:29-32)

Faith makes people think that eternal torture is somehow morally coherent.
Faith believes there is Christ took the need for men to be saved from God's righteous judgment seriously to the point of pouring out His own innocent and perfectly right life on behalf of us sinners.

Faith recognizes that a man hell bent on distroying the Christian church suddenly changfed and became its most ardent exponent and preacher writing 13 of the 29 New Testament books.
Faith recognizes that God set Paul forth as an example and pattern of encouragement to all afterwards that God is longsuffering and willing to save and transform ANYONE no matter what their previous life had been.
" . . . I . . . who formerly was a blasphemer and a persecutor and an insulting person; but I was shown mercy because, being ignorant, I acted in unbelief . . . because I was shown mercy, that in me, the formost, Jesus Christ might display all His long-suffering for a pattern to those who are to believe on Him unto eternal life." ( 1 rtim. 1:13-16)
Faith makes people think that the Book of Revelation isn't just a bunch of manipulative mumbo jumbo.
Faith realizes that the design, structure, prophetic nature, and composition of the book of Revelation cannot be discribed as "a madman's dream."
Faith makes people think that the Gospels were written by people who met Jesus.
Matthew, John, Peter, were disciples of Jesus for three and one half years.
Luke was a traveling companion with the Apostle Paul.
And Mark was an assistant to the Apostle Peter.
And it is hard to know what to call the foolishness of one who thinks the DNA molecule came about by lucky accidents OR is so sneaky to be non-commited to take a stand slealthfully avoiding claiming a definite position.
It is hard to know what to call the foolishness of one who puts others under his microscope of moral evaluation to pronounce thier level of ethical rightness and thinks he himself will not be judged one day according to the same level of divine scrutiny.
"For with the judgment you judge, you shall be judged; and with what measure you measure, it shall be measured to you." (Matt. 7:2)
Faith makes people think that they are immortal, as I said before.
Faith recognizes that the One who has the most authority to speak to life and death issues is the One who rose from the dead.
Faith makes people think all manner of things.
Faith is the substantiation of things not seen and the evidence of divine realities.
Real faith is the verifying of truth like the eyes verify that color of red exists.
Presumption such as you have hopes no higher authority exists in all being then one's own self excusing ego.
@divegeester
Presumpton also assumes a closer commarodary between a self identifying Christian and an Agnostic / Atheist than a spiritual brotherhood of a Christian and a fellow Christian.
Presumption leads to a alledged disciple of Jesus constantly relishing in the support of an atheist.
@sonship saidYour faith makes you use words like "realize", "recognize" and "verify" as if you were talking about objective facts.
Faith makes people think that eternal torture is somehow morally coherent.
Faith believes there is Christ took the need for men to be saved from God's righteous judgment seriously to the point of pouring out His own innocent and perfectly right life on behalf of us sinners.

@FMF
Faith, real faith is the reaction within to truth of God's being.
It is impossible to be well pleasing to God without faith.
"But without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to HIm, for he who comes forward to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." (Heb. 11:6)
