Yes.
All criminals should be treated as if they were mentally sick and given "proper (medical) treatment".
Problem is that mental health is still in it's infancy and there is no general consensus on what things like conciousness,sanity, etc. mean yet.
The only way to lead society out of it's insanity is through a qualified leader.

I think that we can all agree that the world is a better place without the likes of Hitler, Stalin, Saddam, etc. To bring them to justcie, however, required suffering.

In the spirit of the OP I declare that I have done my darndest to clear up "Judgement,Injustice and love" for my kid as best as I could.
He did ask about Jesus,(because the "religous" education at his school has told him that JC is the only way to "God" ), and I did not deny that JC had a powerful,potentially transformative message. However, I did have to go on and say that imo JC was only a boddhisatva and not the only guide to "God". In fact I told him he could prolly work it out for himself.
Could you please stop inferring that my message is the work of the devil or the antichrist or whatever negative figure you come up with. The truth is we are all individuals with individual dharmas to lead us out of duality and into the light.
C'mon man, this is simply time wasting. "God" doesn't have time for this.

Innocent women and children? First of all, women are not mentioned here. And Children of Belial? Innocent? Really? Do you honestly have any freaking idea who Belial is?

gotten that since you made special notice of it. If it is destroyed it
means they are all quilty of idolatry, which Moses had to by sure was
eliminated, even the cattle which could be objects of idolatry.
