ever said, to which I have maintained i ...[text shortened]... the best part of being a Christain, the
only part of the experiance that matters too.

are you just judging fmf or are you saying anybody who walks away from christ was never a real christian in the first place?

What did Jesus say of those who walked away? Why question me?

By your own logic, we - including you - don't know if you know Jesus either. You might lose your faith one day, in which case - according to your own logic - you won't have ever known him. In other words, when we apply to you what you insist on applying to me, we can say that there is no certainty that you are a Christian and we can also say that there is no certainty that you know Jesus.

It was real. So, having heard this answer, what is your point?

You cannot say you ever knew Him, that is the bottom line, I'm telling you that
you can. The rest is on you.

You're wrong. The answer is yes. Not "no", as you say. I did know him. You've got it wrong. Does this settle it now?

But I am telling you that I did know him. So you've got it wrong. And the fact that you've got it wrong is "on you" and not 'on me'.

If it was real you'd had a relationship with the God through Jesus Christ, God
would have entered your life. That is what you'd walked away from? Sounds
to me you walked away from a belief system that you rejected out of hand over
time because it was empty and void.

Okay, you knew the Son of God and God the Father was part of your life due
to that and you rejected that for something else/better....okay....if you want
me and everyone else to believe that we are done.

You told us that Jesus said "Depart from me I never knew you." So, Jesus said that he doesn't "know" people "who walked away". Seeing as people "who walked away" presumably did so because they don't believe that Jesus is who or what Christians claim him to be, how would saying "Depart from me I never knew you" be of any consequence to those "who walked away"?

I take you at your word when you claim to be a Christian and to know Jesus. It's fascinating that you are quite unable to return the simple decent courtesy when I tell you that the same was true for me in the past.

I don't know why you want to continue this, I told you that you'll hear the
Words from Jesus that He will say to you, "Depart from me I never knew you."
Hearing them from me is not the thing you'll regret, hearing them from Him
will be, I'm just warning you, beyond that what you do is all on you.

would you tell a person who has lost faith because something horrific has happened in their life, that they never really knew christ? i remember a story about a young christian mother who's husband, 2yr old and 2mnth baby were killed in a road accident, she lost faith for a few years but as she got her head around what happened her faith was restored. did she originally know christ? does she know him 2nd time around?
