Obviously a friendly golden eagle must have deposited the figure at FMF's feet. He appears to me to be a man that does not know how or why the figure of 10,000 is arrived at and one need simply ask him for evidence of his claims and they melt away leaving naught but tundra and vast empty spaces in their wake.
So here's another question.
Do you think Chinese civilization started after "The Flood" and was initiated by Noah's descendants?

Chinese civilization ~ in China ~ dates back more than 10,000 years.
As can be seen from the article from Wikipedia, any time before 2194 B.C. is a part of Chinese mythology and can't be trusted. This time date is clearly long after the worldwide flood of Noah's day. This would be about 4200 years ago and bible scholars generally estimate the worldwide flood to be 4400 - 4500 years ago.
Here is one study:

"Election" means chosen, selected, set apart for privilege and is the plan of God for believers in Christ. Election is God's agreement with His foreknowledge: His omniscience which knew before the fact who would choose to believe in Christ.
Knowing that, why would a god set up a trap like that in the first place?

no temptation by God to go for that fruit, they were warned. It was a
very simple thing, don't do this, if you do, this will happen.
The trap if any was Satan suggesting that God was lying.

Originally posted by vivifyChristians do the right thing, it's these "claimed" Christians, or evil men "posing" as Christians that are the problem. God does guide Christians. Exactly what would you have Him do about these evil men? Stop their hearts in their sleep? One reason evil exists is to weed out the weakest Christians. Another reason evil exists is to temper, or strengthen, Christians.
If there truly is an "all-powerful" and "all-knowing" and loving god that will guide Christians with his spirit, then Christianity should not have been a major cause of evil, no matter how many "evil men" were around. God should've had the power and the knowledge necessary to stop those evil men, and should've guided Christians into the doing the right thing with his Spirit, just like the bible claimed.
