Jesus, you sorta didn't make it very clear at all who you are.
And what about the name Emmanuel?
I asked you about what John wrote. You seem to be avoiding my question.
Originally posted by @eladar I did not say 1:1. I said 1 Jogn chapter 1. Why stop at verse 1?
Do you agree that 1 John 1's Word of God is a person?
Start over.
Who do YOU say Jesus is?
Not what John says, or what 1John say.
Note: before Jesus asked His disciples who they thought He was, He first asked them who "others" thought He was....and the "others" seemed clueless and wrong with their GUESSES.

Again, what was the big deal with the way Jesus responded?
Why did only Peter figure it out and why did he tell Peter and the rest of his followers not to utter a word of it to anyone?

Peter did NOT say that Jesus is God, and.....Jesus did NOT correct him.
Like usual, many Christians don't really care what Jesus actually said or didn't say in the gospel preached by Jesus during His ministry. They relegate those words spoken by Jesus behind the words of others. This despite the fact that perhaps the most prevalent theme in the gospel preached by Jesus during His ministry was the importance of the words He was speaking during that time.

I asked you about Joh 1.
I say Jesus is God who became man was sacrificed but has risen from the dead so that all who are God's will have eternal life.
