Man City can buy plenty of world class players but it'll take 2-3 years for them to have world class players that actually gell together...when they do though it's a dark day for foobball because it will probably lead to in 2020 half the teams in the premiership could be owned by billionaires ruining the beautiful game for good!
Arsenal need to buy another 2 top players to be contenders...Liverpool are looking good but everyone knows Liverpool and consistency will never go together!
