How would you expect your club to vote concerning club 12s entry to the SPL?

A very principled lot I thought people might be thinking of gate and TV money.

I never thought Aberdeen would vote yes, just the bad blood between them, Hearts maybe see themselves as a replacement other half of Old Firm, but the rest of the SPL it does smack a bit of 'turkeys voting for crimbo' in a financial sense.
Originally posted by kevcvs57st johnstone are voting no to newco rangers, they will be in 3rd league next year, only one of the current team says he will stay, its a bit of a myth the smaller teams will miss rangers and the money, we get 3-5 thousand a game but 8-9 thousand when rangers come, twice a year, but need a lot more security and police. as for tv money the smaller teams collect peanuts compared with celtic and rangers. saints are in the draw tomorrow for 1st round of europa league ffs its still june. 😀

apologetically, yes we are sorry, then fine, but they did not and instead have produced
what can only be described as a bitter resentment. The fact of the matter is, as far as
I am aware, neither Murray nor Whyte have been punished for their actions.

As for the Gers fans getting screwed by their management:-
We know a ditty about that.
It's the same the whole world over
Ain't it just a bleeding shame
It's the rich what gets the pleasure
It's the poor what gets the blame.

Indeed, so it seems, oh well, ill be supporting all who play against the English GB
team. Infact they should not even be called the GB team as they do not represent GB,
having no Scots or Irish in them.
I followed the debate over this in Scotland and the main objection to joining seemed to be based on a fear that FIFA would use it as a precedent to eliminate the home nations from international competition and field a GB team in the world and European competitions. Do you share this opinion?

a team GB, if it consisted of players from Scotland, England and Northern Ireland, in
rugby there is the British lions, does that in any way diminish the idea of the home
nations, no way, what an utterly absurd argument proposed by the Scottish FA.
Originally posted by robbie carrobieI am not sure it is their stance, I am thinking of the main arguments I heard against it on the 'real radio' phone in. So why are there no scots or irish, are there welsh?

the absurd idea. I would whole heartedly support a team from the UK, if it truly was a
team for the UK, Seb Coe the wee Tory meddler, (spit ding)
