Exodus 4:24-26

'On the way, at a place where they spent the night, the Lord met him and tried to kill him. But Zipporah took a flint and cut off her son’s foreskin, and touched Moses’ feet with it, and said, ‘Truly you are a bridegroom of blood to me!’ So he let him alone."

All hail God, consistently good, just, loving and merciful. (Without exception).

When Samson got married, he gave 30 friends a riddle and made a bet that if they could solve it in a week he'd give them all new clothes. Samson's wife got the answer out of him and told his friends. - At this point God steps in and gives Samson the power to murder 30 random people for their clothes. (Judges 14:1-19)

All hail God, consistently good, just, loving and merciful. (Without exception).

It is God moving towards the end He started with in both situations, again, at any point you see God ending a life, how are any of those going to be different than any other life that ends? We are a cesspool of sinfulness, selfishness, and greed, this is the world He is working in, the question that should always be asked is why is He sparing anyone?

You are Satan. The very first sermon to the multitudes Jesus said:

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
(Matthew 5:3-9 KJV)

Jesus never once, not one single time, told people this kind of garbage:
You are a cesspool of sinfulness, selfishness, and greed
Are you a righteous person in your own right?

You are an ignorant false teacher.

No, the question is how you can keep a straight face saying God is consistently good, loving, just and merciful even when confronted with biblical passages of Him sending bears to kill unruly youths or sanctioning the murder of 30 random people to acquire their clothes. (To win a bet). The God in the OT is NOT loving, just, and merciful without exception. He is frequently monstrous, petty and unjust, even by his own standards.

If you believer God, as creator, is free to end any life any time He choses, so be it. But don't try flogging such a tyrant of a deity as good, just, loving and merciful. The bible does NOT support such a divine nature. Faith has blinded you to what you are reading and diluted your own human morality.

Get some perspective dude.

KellyJay is a Christian; and as one yourself you should know better that to say that to another Christian irrespective of your differences.

God is in control, is sovereign and is accountable.

The s**t-show we are living in has been permitted by him to occur. He will get everyone out of it his way. This is why he has saved everyone from the alternative reality which you call eternal suffering.

Note; this does not mean there isn’t discipline and temporal consequences for those going astray

Actually you are very wrong. Being a professed Christians means nothing. What is important is what you do. Since on this chat forum we have no idea what we do, then we have to go by what people say. KJ has said nothing of the teachings of Christ and instead discouraged people from accepting what Jesus taught.

Tell me if you can, has KJ ever promoted the good works and righteous living that Jesus preached about, or encourage people to keep the commandments ?

If not then that is what Satan and his angels do.

It was a simple question you are referencing the beatitudes, you are changing the subject, which you do frequently. We are all sinners unless you are saying that there are some in their own right before God who are righteous, they require nothing from Jesus to clean them from their sins, is that what you are saying, there are those who do these and do not need saved from their sins?

Judgment, righteousness, holiness, truth, and goodness are as much a part of God as love, grace, and mercy at all times when God acts. He does not act in love in one moment rejecting righteousness being a youth does not mean one can act in total disrespect towards the holy and nothing is going to happen. Does the law allow children free reign to do as they will against their parents because they are young, and you think God should not act when an anointed of His is confronted with unruly youths, why would He do that?

From Matthew 15
For God commanded, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’

Do you think God is out of line putting to death when youth insult an anointed Prophet of God? You do not grasp what is holy and what is sinful. We are saved by grace, we need to be because before God there is but one result outside of His grace.

You two are as bad as each other.

Let me ask - Do either of you knowingly participate in any religious festivals that you know to be of pagan origin.

If this is the case with either of you, then you should both stop throwing stones at each other.

Maybe Jesus would have said to remove the log out of your own eye before you take the splinter out of the eye of another person?
