When we are talking about the God of the Bible, the Biblical truths found in the Bible carry the only truth required. If we are talking about the God between people's ears than they are the sole source of truth.
Have you ever wondered why your god is so absent lately?

Your statement could suggest that regarding the Bible: everyone is right, and everyone is also wrong.
Not sure why you think that it could suggest that.

The point is that those who do not recognize the fact that "the Bible is widely open to interpretation and contains inconsistencies, discrepancies and outright contradictions" delude themselves into believing that they understand "the word of God" when they actually only understand their own interpretation. Such people are dangerous.

What exactly are you asking about?

He isn't absent, have you wondered why God seems so far from you? The God of the Bible promises many things, one is to never leave us or forsake us, and Jesus promised to send us the Holy Spirit who would teach us, guide us, and share with us about Christ. If you don't have the Spirit of God, then I suggest that you turn to God and not stop praying until there is nothing between you and God.

Jesus became sin for us, our sin so we could be forgiven. What do you think God is going
to do with those that accept His gift, and what do you think will happen to those that think
it a little thing not worth anything, or those found outside of Jesus' grace and mercy?
"Jesus became sin for us" .. oh good. Now we have no sin because of him right?
Happy days 🙂

Yep it's Sumydid.

Those who ignore you presumably do so for a reason, which you then ignore, 'for some reason'.

My doctrine hasn't changed. Much. Or matured? And after 9 pages, you still insist that I believe in eternal torment.

I don't know if it's a reading comprehension thing, or something else. But I can empathize, at least. I'm having a hard time keeping up with the messages and I'm missing some. But I haven't been around for several years. What's your excuse? 😵

Your "for absolutely no reason" is a bald-faced lie. For you, 'saving face' is more important than the truth, a trait you share with others on this forum whose morals are 'questionable', to be kind.

Even this claim of 'symbolism' can be taken too far. The answer is in discernment.

Questions meant to distract from his point, which seems a too-common tactic here.
