Yes, he was.
No he wasn't. The fact remains that in the following he was not touting the fallacy that you continue to assert:
<<And the right of the government to decree what grown ups can do or not to their own bodies. Marijuana, an ancient plant with so many benefits that they almost seem made up, which has no one single recorded death due t ...[text shortened]... lorify" their use of alcohol on this forum without mention of "the cost of its potential harm".
You have more credibility on the gay marriage issue. Perhaps you should stick to that.
-Removed-Bro!! Your record player is skipping. You've swallowed society's bullcrap. No offence intended. Once again: ther powers that be, who have controlled the peoples of the Earth for millenia have taken control of us via disinformation, misinformation and outright lies. They understand human psychology all too well and know how to manipulate our lives. The demonization of drug use is but oneof their many weapons. And, on a more basic note, my age, gender, sexual orientation, race and choice of drugs has absolutely no bearing on the content of my posts. But I'm sure I've mentioned this before.

No thats not growing up. Thats not becomming an adult. When you are an adult you live by your own authority and need approval from absolutely no one. It is when you have enough life experience to be able to think for yourself at all times and accept certain truths about life. Like: There are no accidents or coincidences. And that you are responsible fo ...[text shortened]... means to cease to be childish. Grown up children listen to respond. Adults listen to understand
At that point in my life I was completely ignorant and uninformed that for a small percentage of people, cannabis use can trigger serious mental health problems. Had I known that would I have acted differently? Probably not, but perhaps.
Knowing the risks and making informed choices doesn't compromise 'your own authority' and it is not about 'needing approval' for the decisions we make. - You gave the example of there being a risk when you get into a car. That's true. People know this risk and make an informed choice as to whether it is a risk worth taking. The same should apply to cannabis, and all other drugs.

GoaD is such a simp.

Karoly has, across numerous threads, glorified the wonders of cannabis and played down any negative effects, trumpeting how no one has ever died from smoking too much of it.
This is a 'fallacy' an 'erroneous belief', an 'ill-informed and potentially dangerous misunderstanding' of cannabis and the life shattering consequences it can unleash. In no way have I misrepresented or decontextualized what he has stated in this and other threads.
Like I said, stick to talking about something where you have a modicum of rational thought. (I appreciate that restricts you to a small pool).

I understood KA's post just fine. So well in fact, that KA had this to say about my response about his post, "Thanks ToO. . . . . ..Mypoints exactly. . . . .".
GoaD keeps demonstrating that HE has been unable to comprehend KA's post.
GoaD is such a simp.
If he remains true to form, GoaD will continue to dodge actually addressing the points of my earlier post.

You didn't. I'm thinking you may have swallowed a bit of untruth perhaps? Like I mentioned earlier it was only one year ago I voted 'yes'to gay marriage in Australia. I've regretted that in light of the past year.
I'm leaning towards thinking that perhaps "Christian ideas" may be hindering your quest for truth.
