yes and look at the vicious attacks I have incurred to my personal dignity!

Vast refers to something great in number, quantity or amount.
With less than 2% of any given society claiming to be homosexual, vast is no where near an accurate term.
Originally posted by FreakyKBHits pretty vast when you count all the heterosexual people who find homophobia offensive.

That's a pretty large proportion of society he is alienating!!

Then you will have rampant incest justified by a concept of a fluke disharmony between one's soul and one's body.
?
2. You are justifying your morals on "norms", normality is a dangerous
word to throw around. For instance it is normal for 1 in 100,000 births
to be conjoined twins.
3. No matter how bizarre and unlikely any difference is between a
person and your idyllic "norm" do you not think they should have the
same rights as you?
4. If any behaviour of minorities offends your god don't you think he
can deal with it himself without your simple-minded protestations?
5. How you get from a discussion on homosexual rights to
"rampant incest is indicative of a warped, uneducated, bigoted mind.
1. As you stated in a previous post you don't know what you are talking about.
I stated that I could always benefit from more education.
Your twisting munipulation of my words fashions that into the lie that I said I didn't know what I was talking about.

It is about average that in so many births some twins will come out physically joined.
I have no qualms about saying it is "normal" that an individual human body not be physically joined to another at birth.
Sorry if that offends your paranoia that I am advocating persecution of Siamese twins. I am not.
Helping people so joined to realize the abnormality is okay. You perhaps assume that means hatred of them. It does not.

Just because I have a RIGHT to do something doesn't make it RIGHT.
Do you think everything you have a right to do is right to do ?
4. If any behaviour of minorities offends your god don't you think he

I think you have mentioned God in this thread more than I have.
It is common to all civilizations that self control in many areas should be exercised.
You speak of feelings of being a woman yet mistakenly within a man's body. And you speak of the feelings of a man yet mistakenly within a woman's body.
Do you think feelings should be used to create a special class of people ?
If you suggest that bigotry violates some moral law why can't unbridled sexual desire also violate some moral law ?
5. How you get from a discussion on homosexual rights to
"rampant incest is indicative of a warped, uneducated, bigoted mind.
We get there by applying the logic you propose. Ie. the SOULS of some people are somehow out of correspondence with the BODIES they were born with.
And though you put quotes around ""rampant incest is indicative of a warped, uneducated, bigoted mind" I don't recall writing that.
I did write the phrase "rampant incest."

And this is just in the United States.* I do not know the worldwide numbers, but I would think that any group containing quite literally millions, or tens of millions, of people would indeed be a "vast swath". How big does the number have to be for you to consider it "vast"?

*About homosexual demographics, Wikipedia says this:
"According to major studies, 2% to 11% of people have had some form of same-sex sexual contact within their lifetime; this percentage rises to 16-21% when either or both same-sex attraction and/or behavior are reported. In a 2006 study, 20% of respondents anonymously reported some homosexual feelings, although only 2-3% identified themselves as homosexual. A 1992 study reported that 6.1% of males in Britain have had a homosexual experience, while in France the number was reported at 4.1%. According to a 2008 poll, 13% of Britons have had some form of same-sex sexual contact while only 6% of Britons identify themselves as either homosexual or bisexual. In contrast, a survey by the UK Office for National Statistics (ONS) in 2010 found that 1.5% of Britons identified themselves as gay or bisexual, and the ONS suggests that this is in line with other surveys showing the number between 0.3% and 3%.
In the United States, according to exit polling on 2008 Election Day for the 2008 presidential election, 4% of the national electorate self-identified as gay, lesbian, or bisexual, the same percentage as in 2004. According to the 2000 United States Census there were about 601,209 same-sex unmarried partner households."
Of course, this seems to be a "depends on whom you ask" type of statistic. Slate.com, in October, 2012, reported that Gallup reported the number in the US who identify as LGBT as 3.4% of the population. Of course, this statistic and others like it also suffer from the fact that there is still a "social stigma" encountered as being (or being considered as) a part of this demographic.

gayness is not normal, if anything its a pure anomaly, a deviation from all that is natural, then again, we dare not say it for fear of vicious reprisals.
