He has a 3 inch dagger, there is no comparison!
3 inches hardly counts as a whittling knife, nevermind dagger. Make a fist - see the distance between the first bend in your forefinger (coming from the wrist direction) to the second bend? Thats three inches-ish, depending on your hands... It's like a toothpick, and unlikely to reach vital organs. Kick his ass, but let him stab you a couple of times, he'll get a-scared for good.

Edit - just read the post about you being taller. The secret for a taller person in a fight is to stay on your feet. You have the reach advantage but not the centre of gravity. As long as you keep standing and punching, short guy can't get you. If it goes to the ground, kick for all you're worth.

Your mom tells you not to run with scissors because they are sharp and you can stab people with them.

It's not the size that matters, it what you do with it that counts. Or so I keep telling myself.

That's what women say to men to make them feel better 🙂

Wolfie, does your brother ever sleep? Wake him from a deep sleep and let him know just how vulnerable he can be. 😀

Hate is a pretty strong word !!!!

I really do not see how a civil injunction could work. It is usually available in tort law and while what your brother is doing to you may amount to tortious liability an injunction is usually only a remedy for private nuisance, trespass to land, and defamation. The only injunction that I could honestly see working and it would be a very long shot would be ...[text shortened]... l injunction is the wrong route to take, a restraining order is by far the best possible remedy.
That makes a lot of sense, thanks.

Indeed, but I wouldn't think that it is unjustified.

He's very vengeful...😞
If I do that he won't let me get any sleep whatsoever for the rest of the week.

And what am I supposed to do when he retaliates? What will happen if he stabs me back (several times)? I think he is capable of that...

Does your brother play chess?

But I still don't see why your parents are allowing this to go on in their house.
