    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2019/jun/21/donald-trump-sexual-assault-allegation-e-jean-carroll-new-york-latest-accusation

"Donald Trump accused of sexually assaulting writer E Jean Carroll
Carroll alleges that Trump assaulted her in a dressing room at
Bergdorf Goodman in 1995 or 1996, potentially raping her."

"In a cover story in New York magazine, the writer and celebrated
agony aunt E Jean Carroll relates an incident in which she encountered
Trump in the Manhattan department store Bergdorf Goodman some
time in late 1995 or early 1996. "

"When they reached the dressing room, Carroll alleges that Trump
lunged at her and over the next three minutes sexually assaulted her.
“He seizes both my arms and pushes me up against the wall a second
time, and, as I become aware of how large he is, he holds me against
the wall with his shoulder and jams his hand under my coat dress
and pulls down my tights,” she writes.

In a “colossal struggle” he unzipped his trousers and forced his fingers
around her genitals and thrusted his p*** “halfway – or completely,
I’m not certain – inside me.”"

Note: If he thrust his p*** inside her v*** even 'halfway', it's rape.
Full penetration is not required to satisfy the definition of rape.

"She managed to force him off her, Carroll alleges, open the door
of the dressing room and flee."

"New York magazine said that two of Carroll’s friends – both prominent
but unnamed journalists – confirmed that she had related the alleged
incident to them at the time and that they had full recollection of the account.
Describing one of her friend’s reaction, Carroll writes: “‘He raped you,’
she kept repeating when I called her. ‘He raped you. Go to the police!
I’ll go with you. We’ll go together.’”

Carroll said in her article that she had not gone to police with a complaint
right after the alleged incident and that there was no visual or other
lasting evidence of the events to corroborate her claims.

Carroll asks herself the question that many people will now ask:
why didn’t she come forward with these details earlier? She writes
that she had watched other women making similar allegations against
Trump “receiving death threats, being dismissed, being dragged
through the mud … Also, I am a coward”.

Carroll has added her name to a long line of women who have come
forward to publicly accuse Trump of sexual improprieties and assault.
In her own article, she listed 15 women: Jessica Leeds, Kristin Anderson,
Jill Harth, Cathy Heller, Temple Taggart McDowell, Karena Virginia,
Melinda McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, Natasha Stoynoff, Jessica Drake,
Ninni Laaksonen, Summer Zervos, Juliet Huddy, Alva Johnson and
    Cassandra Searles."

    1995 or 1996?

Seems like something that serious wouldn't have a vague date no? 🤔
And how does she know their was no evidence? Did she investigate it?

Or maybe it's all made up? Hmmm

My mother was raped. She knows the year and the month and the day and what time it happened.

It may have happened in December 1995 or January 1996, and she cannot
remember exactly if it was before 1 January 1996.

In her testimony (which was generally perceived as credible), Christine Blasey Ford
said that she could no longer remember the exact date and location of her alleged
    attempted rape by Brett Kavanaugh.

Most supporters of or apologists for Donald Trump find it much easier to believe
Donald Trump (who has a long well-documented record of blatant lying) than to
believe any of these many diverse women:

Jessica Leeds, Kristin Anderson, Jill Harth, Cathy Heller, Temple Taggart McDowell,
Karena Virginia, Melinda McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, Natasha Stoynoff, Jessica Drake,
Ninni Laaksonen, Summer Zervos, Juliet Huddy, Alva Johnson and Cassandra Searles.

Women need to be taught to say something right when it happens.
That could be hard I'm sure but saying something years later only gives doubt.

Was anyone ever convicted of raping her?
If not, then how can Paterzing prove that she was raped?

Why not apply the same skepticism to his claim that Patzering applies (and worse)
to women who dare to accuse men (like Donald Trump) whom he admires of rape?

As I recall, surveys found that more people believed Christine Blasey Ford than Brett Kavanaugh.

She was taken hostage by an inmate at the prison she worked at as a secretary. Yes it's documented and he got more time and she got a settlement from the prison because the guards wouldn't go in out of fear he would kill her.
    Her life was destroyed.

Do you ever think before you make stupid remarks?
I'll admit you are smart...for someone who copies and pastes crap but sometimes you say things that are not needed.
You are a hateful and that hate is wasting your life.

Donald Trump boasted that he could shoot and kill someone in broad daylight,
and his fanatical supporters (like the Mott-the-Hoopie) would still support him.

Likewise, Donald Trump could rape a woman or a girl and have that crime explicitly
recorded on video, and Mott-the-Hoopie presumably would still support him.

I did NOT make a 'stupid remark'. I asked a relevant question.
"Was anyone ever convicted of raping her?"

Most rapes never result in criminal convictions for rape.
Given Patzering's apparent eagerness to deny or dispute the allegations of rape
or sexual assault against Donald Trump, it's fair to *ask a question* about his own claim.

This is a question about the facts of this case.

As I understand it, a secretary (not a guard) is normally not supposed to have contact with prisoners.
So how did a prisoner have access to her and been able to take her as a hostage?

I'm not backing up Trump over a rape allegation but what is the logic in waiting years to say something?

It seems convenient to say something now right before elections 🤔
Why didn't she say anything in 2016? Did she?

One way to not "teach" women to come forward when it happens it to respond like this when they do.
