    https://www.cnbc.com/2018/10/02/kavanaugh-tried-to-refute-sex-misconduct-claim-before-it-went-public.html

Kavanaugh claimed to have no knowledge of an accusation made against prior to the day of the hearing when he said so.

Text messages from a friend at least several days before Kavanaugh made that claim have now come to light, where he plotted to pre-empt the very charges he claimed under oath to have no knowledge of.

Even Trump said of Kavanaugh, "it's bad to lie to Congress".

    Your move, Republicans.

So if they can prove that he committed perjury lying under oath then the Left can celebrate.

Then he can run for President.

To get him though, first they will have to define the term "is".

So no comments from conservatives on how your boy Kavy is a fckng liar who comitted perjury during his sexual assault hearing?

What have you got to say now that we have proof he's a lying scumbag?

They were just some alternative facts. What you're seeing and hearing is not what is happening.

He's been on trial from day one.

The trial is not over yet.

Let it conclude, then we will talk.

In the interim, feel free to demean him every chance you get.

It's nice to take a break from doing it to Trump, isn't it.

Oh, it's "let the trial conclude" now?

When you've done nothing but attack the credibility of a woman coming forward about sexual assault because you're a partisan twat, you don't get to now say "let the trial conclude" now that there's proof Kavy's been lying.

Endure your boy making a fool of your constantly defending him and STFU.

Apparently the legal drinking age was 21 when he was in high school, not 18. You would think he would have known that given he is a lawyer and a judge.

At 18, we were allowed to drink beer with 3.2% alcohol content. I went into military just before the absolute, 21and over, laws took effect.

Bottom line: If Kavanaugh would lie about something so trivial as underage drinking, he'd certainly lie about sexual assault.

That's irrelevant to Brett Kavanaugh's situation in Maryland in 1982.

I already posted this in the main thread about Brett Kavanaugh.
    https://www.businessinsider.com/maryland-drinking-age-could-brett-kavanaugh-legally-drink-high-school-2018-9

"Kavanaugh says it was legal for seniors to drink when he was in high school,
but Maryland's drinking age was raised to 21 when he was 17."

"But Maryland's minimum legal drinking age for beer and wine was changed to 21
from 18 in July 1982, during the summer before Kavanaugh's senior year.
It was already 21 for hard liquor. Therefore, any drinking that Kavanaugh did in
the state of Maryland during high school was illegal.

Residents who had turned 18 by that time were grandfathered in and allowed to drink legally.
Kavanaugh was 17 at the time.

In 1984, the National Minimum Drinking Age Act made the minimum legal drinking age 21 nationwide. "

The fatuous lying troll Mott-the-Hoopie fails to comprehend (at best) that it always
was illegal for Brett Kavanaugh to drink in Maryland until he became 21 years old.

The fatuous lying troll Mott-the-Hoopie fails to comprehend this (at best):

Brett Kavanaugh has conceded that he drank while in high school (before he was age 21).
His high school, Georgetown Prep, is in Maryland.
    Therefore, he was drinking--illegally--in Maryland.
